The autumn weather is pleasant, and the country boasts a well-established kosher infrastructure, making the sourcing of Pesach supplies and support services more streamlined. Areas like Kruger National Park and the surrounding private reserves are excellent choices.
• East Africa (Kenya & Tanzania): Possible during the "green season" of March/April, which brings lush landscapes and often excellent wildlife viewing.
