What affects the price?

Season: Peak season (Jun–Oct for East Africa, Jun–Sep for Southern Africa) is 20–40% higher than green season.

Group size: Larger groups benefit from shared costs on mashgiach, transport, and exclusive-use lodges.

Lodge tier: A private reserve in Sabi Sands costs more than Pilanesberg, but offers exclusive Big Five access.

Duration: Longer trips have better per-night economics, especially with internal flights bundled.

Special occasions: Bar/Bat Mitzvah, honeymoons, and celebrations add bespoke elements (decor, photographer, etc.).

Add-ons: Gorilla trekking (Rwanda), hot air balloons (Serengeti), helicopter transfers, and spa days.
