Where existing structures aren't suitable, we construct a proper, freestanding sukkah from scratch. For the schach, we source local, permissible vegetation – often palm fronds or bamboo – which is thoroughly checked by our mashgiach for suitability before being used. During Chol HaMoed, the days are filled with an array of enriching activities. In addition to twice-daily game drives, which continue to offer exceptional wildlife viewing, we can arrange guided bush walks with experienced rangers, offering a deeper insight into the smaller wonders of the ecosystem.
